Trevor Goss Bio

Trevor Goss is the Founder and Principal of ImpactOrg 

Trevor consults clients in the use of information technology products and social media tools so that they can operate their businesses more efficiently, better market their services and easily communicate with their target audience of potential customers.

Before starting ImpactOrg, Trevor was Director of Business Development for DubMeNow (“Dub”), a mobile application that gives people an easier way to exchange personal contact information using just their cell phones. While at Dub, Trevor helped the company double its user base and was invited to speak at the prestigious SF New Tech conference. (

Prior to Dub, Trevor founded Project Varsity, a web application for high school athletes to market their talents to collegiate recruiters. He was featured in the
Washington Post and was a finalist for the entrepreneur challenge held by TiE-DC, an organization in the DC area that boasts the Chief Technology Officer of the United States as one of its members. 

Prior to beginning his career in technology, Trevor was in the real estate industry, with commercial brokerage firm Newmark Knight Frank and West Group, a development company based in Northern Virginia.

An active
blogger, technology enthusiast, and self described “startup junkie” Trevor attends numerous technology meetups and conferences each month in an effort to see what’s new and interact with other similarly interested people. Trevor is also active advising early stage startup companies and entrepreneurs.

Trevor attended Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, the #1 ranked hospitality management program in the world, graduating in 2005. He was originally recruited to play football at Cornell, but was forced to stop playing after suffering a back injury freshmen year.

Trevor lives in the Marina district of San Francisco.
